Sensitive Personal Information
Some jurisdictions have defined certain categories of personal information as 'sensitive.' We may collect the following categories of sensitive personal information when you provide it to us or allow us to collect it based on your interaction with us:
- Payment Processing Information. For example, the form of payment, payment card number and details, bank account number, payment service provider, and other payment information you provide.
Personal Information We Derive Through Your Use of Our Services
We automatically collect certain information about your (and your device's) interaction with our Services using various data-gathering and tracking technologies. These technologies include:
- Cookies and similar technologies (such as tracking pixels, web beacons, local storage);
- Advertising pixels that run in your browser, including the Meta Pixel, which logs events such as page views, add-to-cart actions, and purchases and shares them with Meta;
- Analytics and advertising tags/SDKs, including server-side conversion tracking that logs events such as page views, add-to-cart actions, purchases, and device/browser attributes (e.g., our Stape Conversion Tracking integration, which relays events to Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok);
- Email and SMS engagement tracking through our marketing platform (Klaviyo), such as opens, clicks, and purchase attribution;
- Log files and device identifiers (e.g., IP address, user-agent), including through store-security tools used to detect fraud, scraping, and abuse.
Non-essential cookies and tracking technologies — including advertising and analytics tags such as the Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, and Stape Conversion Tracking — do not load or run until you provide affirmative consent through our cookie banner. Only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function (e.g., shopping cart, checkout, security) operate before you make a choice. You may accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies at any time via our Cookie Settings, and your choice will be remembered for future visits.
The information we collect using these technologies includes:
| Category | Description | Purposes |
|---|---|---|
| Browsing and Search History | Information about the content you view and searches you make on our website. | To personalize content recommendations, improve search algorithms, and deliver targeted advertising. |
| Website Log and Usage Data | Data related to the pages you viewed, the services and features you used or interacted with, your browser type, and details about any links or communications with which you interacted. | To analyze user behavior, optimize website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and generate usage reports for internal or regulatory purposes. |
| Diagnostic Data | Such as crash logs, launch time, and other information collected for measuring technical diagnostics. | To identify and resolve technical issues, improve site performance, monitor stability, and ensure reliable service operation. |
| Device Information | Data about the device used to access our Services, including device identification numbers, IP address, hardware model, internet service provider, and mobile carrier. | To enable device-specific features, ensure security, optimize service compatibility, and comply with legal/regulatory requirements. |
We honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When our systems detect a GPC signal from your browser, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information and out of the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising, to the extent required by applicable law, and we will disable non-essential advertising and analytics cookies and tags (including the Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, and Stape Conversion Tracking) accordingly for that browser/device. The older 'Do Not Track' browser signal is a separate, non-standardized signal that has not gained a uniform technical or legal standard; our GPC-handling described above governs how we respond to recognized opt-out signals.
For more information about the tracking technologies we use or to change your settings, please view our Cookies Policy.

We will retain your personal information strictly for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. When determining how long to keep your data, we evaluate factors such as the volume, sensitivity, and nature of the information; the potential risk of harm from unauthorized access or misuse; the necessity of the data to achieve our stated purposes; and applicable laws or obligations.
You have the right to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances. Additionally, we may anonymize your personal information (so it can no longer be connected to you) for research, statistical analysis, or other non-identifiable purposes. In such cases, the anonymized data may be retained indefinitely without further notice.
How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?
We take the security of your personal information seriously and have implemented a range of organizational, technical, and physical safeguards tailored to the sensitivity of the data we handle, including SSL encryption for transactions and store-security applications (such as X Shield – Store Guard and NoSpy – Protect Data) to help detect and prevent unauthorized access, scraping, and fraud. These measures are designed to protect against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
While we continuously evaluate and update our security protocols—including encryption, access controls, and data monitoring—we acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to risk. Although we strive to maintain the highest standards of protection, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent vulnerabilities associated with internet and information technologies.
Our commitment to safeguarding your information remains a priority, and we will remain vigilant in adapting to emerging security challenges.
Do We Collect Information From Minors?

Adjusting Communication Preferences
Email: You may unsubscribe from promotional and other types of communications by following the 'unsubscribe' instructions near the bottom of the email, or by emailing us at privacy@qualyair.com. When you first visit our website, a cookie banner lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies and tracking technologies, including advertising and analytics tags such as the Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, and Stape Conversion Tracking. These non-essential technologies do not run until you provide affirmative consent. Only strictly necessary cookies (e.g., shopping cart, checkout, security, load balancing) operate by default. You can change your preferences at any time using our Cookie Settings, and you can withdraw previously given consent, which will stop non-essential cookies from loading going forward.
You can also alter how your browser responds to cookies generally by adjusting your browser settings. Information about managing cookies for popular web browsers can be found via the browser's own help resources (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave).
Blocking Google Analytics
Many websites, including ours, employ Google Analytics. To opt out of Google Analytics data collection, follow the instructions provided by Google.
