Please submit a return request to our customer service email returns@qualyair.com, specifying the reason for the return and the desired action: refund or replacement.
• When possible, please provide pictures of the part, including the shipping box and label, they are helpful for analyzing the situation.
Your email will be reviewed by our team and once approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be provided, followed by the return instructions for the part.
• Keep in mind, returns can only be accepted within 30 days of the order delivery date, and the part must be returned unused and in resalable condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
• Once the RMA is received, you must ship the item back within 14 days, otherwise the return is no longer accepted.
After the part is received, it will be inspected by our warehouse team, and once approved, we will proceed according to your choice: refund of the order, or shipment of the replacement part.
• Please note that refunds can take 1-3 business days to be reflected, depending on the payment method.
Important:
Shipping fees such as overnight or international shipments will not be refunded.
All items can be subjected to a restocking fee depending on the shipping cost or condition on which they were returned.
• Universal A/C Kits are subject to a 15% restocking fee in the event of a return due to the logistical complexity involved in handling and restocking these specific products.
